Skills:

1. Take Form of a Bear: Cenarius forms into a bear, he can change back when he wants to(higher levels increase damage by 50 and health by 100, by 3rd level has crit strike )
2. Form of a Bird: He changes into a bird, has no damage ( increases health by 50 and speed per level)
3. Form of a Wolf: Changes into a wolf, he has less dmg than the bear, but he is faster( each level makes him do more dmg by 25 and helth by 50, by 3rd level has crit strike)

Ultimate: Form of a Dragon: Changes into a powerful dragon, faster atk than wolf, and stronger atk and health than bear, but this has a time limit of 30 secs( incresases time by 10 secs every level and 3rd level has crit strike)

Maybe with bear and dragon he could have bash? 10% chance to deal +10 dmg and stun for .3 secs?

This is cool and all, but all his spells being transformations will leave him unable to use spell combos (using 1 or more spells at the same time)

I dislike him too..... I think he should only have one transform. Here are my idea of his spells.

Form of Bear - (Same as above)
Roar - Cenarius let's out a loud roar, increasing nearby allied unit's attack damage and decreasing the enemy's. 5/10/15/20/25 damage. 40/35/30/27/25 Cooldown. 50 Mana. Only activatable in Bear form.
Lord's Will - What the Lord of the Druids wishes gets done. Converts one enemy unit to your side. Lasts forever but goes back to the enemy team when you die (no matter where he is). Cooldown: 50/50/45/45/40 Manacost: 100
Druid's True Form (Ultimate) - The Druid permanently turns into a Bear. (Better than the Form of Bear one) Form of Bear spell is replaced by Charge (See below).

Charge - (Replacement for Bear Form when you learn the ultimate) The Druid charges at the area extremely fast, (Blink) destroying everything in his path. (Shockwave cast by a dummy from the cast point to the target point) 30/40/50/60/70 Damage. Cooldown: 30/28/26/25/23. Manacost: 100 for all levels.
