Rumble the Earth Lord

Name: Rumble the Earthlord
Skin: Granite Golem
Biography: This Lord of the Earth was formed when a great Earthquake occured leaving most of the Earth in ruins this hero was sent to rebuild it.
Starting Attributes:
Strength(main) 19 Intelligence 17 Agility 16

Spells:
Tunnel: The Earth Lord Tunnels into the ground and pops out at a certain point making it easy to chase enemies
Level 1: 25 sec cd(When the Earth lord Appears enemies around him are slowed by 30% for 3 seconds
Shake: Rumble raises his foot and stomps the ground so hard that the ground moves and causes enemy units to lose they're footing.
Level 1: 50 dmg 60% slow for 3 secs(goes up 50 dmg per lvl)
Power of the Earth: The Earth Element grants extra health and damage to the earth lord.(perm)
Level 1: 50 hp 10 dmg(Goes up 5 dmg and 50 hp per lvl)
Ultimate Earthen Disruption: Rumble shakes the earth causing enemy units within 700 AoE of him to slow.
Level 1:25 dmg a sec while within AoE of him. (goes up 25 per lvl)
60% slow lasts 10 seconds(Channeling)

All i have to say is a bit uber but pwnage ideas (not bragging) i like him but he isnt to cheap maybe slow on ulti but not that much.

I personally like this hero, 1 of ur better ideas. Good job

Hmm, good basic idea... Ok: Problems (Almost every hero is rigged or I have a good idea to change, it's not only U RP, just letting u know.)
1:Tunnel: Too little cooldown. Just make it 35 for all levels, but i have an idea for it. When u (blink right?) cast u tele to the area and it shakes the earth, slowing and damaging a little bit. Cooldown and manacost would stay the same but he would do and earthquake. This would just be a dummy that casts quake at the exact same level as his quake. Sound good? Just an idea.
2: Power of the Earth should go up 2 damage per level... 50 damage is rigged.

Yo Power of the earth isnt rigged maybe +5 dmg bbut 50 hp isnt hes an str hero so all it will be is +250 hp plus 30 dmg not that big but for tunnel Great idea i'll change it right aaway

no the HP isnt rigged, the damage is sorta rigged. I'd ease it down to like 3
