Good hero idea, but what is the Battle Mage?
Fireball=A lot like the normal wc3 spell, except now it's int based.
Flame Wall=Good idea, very, err... unique
Summon Flame=Helpers Uhm do the fire spawns split into two fire spawns after a certain number of kills like the normal wc3 fire spawn spell does?
Meteor Strike=Cool idea, simple, but meteors are way cooler looking than stars. More... Macho

Make the stun half of lvl of spell, 5 second stun is rigged. Also, flame wall could be a row of flamestrikes... And Ult is too close to doom i think. Maybe umm.... A Permanent Immolation? Or Immolation based spell, like 30 mana per sec drain (yes that is a lot but keep reading) It creates 2 flame strikes aroudn him every second stunning for .5 and dealing 100 dmg with in 400 radius. It wouldnt be bad, maybe less mana per sec per lvl? 35 at start, then 30, then 25? Also plus .1 on the stun each lvl... and plus 50 damage each lvl? I think it sounds cool. (I donno about u, u pick, maybe this could be for another guy, im not sure if it is rigged.... )

i didnt think the stun fireball was very creative. maybe think of a different spell for that 1, but otherwise its a good hero idea.
