Alcoholic(Passive):Jubebi is almost always drunk causing him to lose all thought of feelings and emotions. This lets him attack stronger and lets him dodge easier.(Drunken Brawler)

Ultimate-Fire Belches:Jubebi drinks a fiery beer potion that makes him throw out Fire Belches(Breath of Fire) every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. If unit is under the effect of drunken haze they will take extra burn damage.

He's ok I guess, not really unique from the original that much, except that his fire attack is an ult instead.
