I dont know what it is with u tho ur heroes have to be fast his start out ms in 320 u give him boots that 370 then that which is 495 i mean i timed my guy half way across the map with a 340 ms it took him 15 secs thats pretty good time ur making him untouchable by any other hero if u do that if u stack hp on him and if u dont like ppl who stun no1 will be able to stop him from running away making him vertually invincible meaning yeh now that i put it like that uhh 2/10.

Here's what I'm collecting from you: He's too slow, but with his escape, he's too good?I don't understand.

He's slow because he mainly for just go in, damage, and jump out. +His passive spell makes him faster.

Control the Fray seems like it'd be impossible to make. But overall pretty good hero, I'm sure I could make Control the Fray but it'd be pretty hard. But overall great hero idea. But the movesepeed could be a little better. But I'll let you decide.

Movespeed is fine, maybe change to 275, just cuz he gets faster with his spell.

its not like hes saying he actually putting it in MS would be to rigged even at 245 just give him boots thats 295 +125 from his skill thats over 400

400 not super fast, btw this guy does only have one real attack...

yeah but thats not the point the point is 420 is rly fast if u put boots then add 125 it comes to 420 which is super fast..... and rly all you gotta do is mass keys run in attack run out seriously.... thats terrible and cheap cause since no1 likes stun heroes u rly cant stop him from getting away u should add like if hit twice during tele he is stunned for 1.5 secs and has a 40% move speed decrease for 3 secs

no i know dicer black is rigged especially since me and terran wre facing him and elementalist so put 3 - 5 sec stun on top of multicast u get ownage but guess what i went 15-1 with rogue! 14 straight kills dicer black killed me once i killed him 3 times elementalist 4 times pit twice necro once and Furion twice
