A new management for the site

Okay it has come to my attention to many people are using there admin and mod powers to abuse and get personal gain. I say we think of a way the site can be managed fairly so that way people dont do that. I have thought of an idea and if u want to feel free to post ideas here for a new site managment process under this if u cannot find it click on home site disccussion and u can find it from there

all the mods of the groups have a meeting and decide decisions

Okay i think we make site like a democracy and the only admin is DR. Now each faction should get a person who represents them and in order to make desicions for a site each of the reprentatives meet in an admin chat channel and discuss what action they should take (like banning people or adding contests and things like that).

The Leaders should be:
Site Creator/Human-Dark_Raptor(1 vote)
Night Elf-Cabloo(1 vote)
Orc-Psycho.Crazy(1 vote)
Undead-Gamerdude110(1 vote)
Blood Elf-13leach-(1 vote)
Terrans-Xlucky(1 vote)
Nerubians-Seshimazi(1 vote)

That's a pretty good idea, so just basically don't abuse your powers if you are an Admin.
