The following are potions that when are not used give your hero bonuses:
Potion of Strength: Increases str by 3 when carried, when used heals 250 hp
Potion of Agility: Increases agi by 3 when carried, when used increase move/attack speed by 15%
Potion of Intelligence: Increases int by 3 when carried, when used heals 150 mp
Angelic Potion: Increases defense by 3 when carried, revives hero if he dies.
Djinn Potion: Increases mana regen by 50%, when used makes hero invul for 5 seconds
Dragon Potion: Increases attack by 10 when carried, when used casts firebolt (100 dmg, 1.5 second stun) on target.
Solvent Potion: Increases hp regen by 2, when used summons a (300 hp 20 attack) water elemental.
Phoenix Potion: When carried does the phoenix aoe thing. THe passive... forogt name, anyways... when used heals hp and mp for 500.
Daemon Potion: Adds 6 attack and killed units become zombies (150 hp 11 attack) when used summons a daemon (450 hp, 15 attack, .75 attack speed Voidwalker model)
Earth Potion: Adds 5 strength when carried, when used casts war stomp (75 dmg aoe, 1.5 second stun)
Wind Potion: Adds 4 agi and 1 int when carried, when used makes the caster invisible for 15 seconds and deal 100 breaking damage (Wind Walk)
Water Potion: Adds 4 int and 1 agi when carried, when used cast Water Wave (The spell the naga dudes have) that damage units by 75 in a line.
Fire Potion: adds 3 str and 2 agi when carried, when used creates a fiery explosion around the hero, dealing 300 damage and stunning units for 3 seconds. Takes 5 seconds to cast.
