Various ways of marketing and earning techniques that are available to influence customers can be attributed to the advent of concept of free market economy. In such a scenario, brand attraction and scheme attraction lie at the top of the tire. Schemes, in spite of enticing more customers, may not be appreciated by all proponents of marketing philosophy who believe in necessity to build brand image and trust to earn more customers.
Lucrative schemes invariably engross more customers due to several reasons. The foremost reason is peoples' desire to earn multiple benefits with small investment. Even successful automobile companies come up with cash return schemes, while banking sector has been revitalized after it started providing higher interest rate at deposit. Another indispensable reason is season and occasion based schemes. Clothing brands provide heavy discounts to easily induce customers during Dashain and even offer winter and summer sales in most cases. And most significantly, scheme based on customers' desire is what really entices general people. McDonald's Happy Meal attracts more children in USA due to toy schemes and football clubs in UK lure more audiences with football kit schemes.
In contrary to the general notion of scheme attraction, best brands, who condemn this practice, have never failed to induce customers across the globe. The most vital reason why those companies still make enormous profit is that their products are fulfilling even without schemes. People do not complain Swiss watches even though they have high cost price and Apple Company rarely provides any scheme yet has challenged Microsoft. Another important cause is that better brands provide more guarantees and fewer schemes. Guarantees assure the customers of security and product reliability unlike cheap market schemes.
There is an intense necessity to establish brand image and name before giving off schemes to the customers. The first reason is people enjoy schemes from better brands. They believe the schemes provided by better brands to be qualitative and reliable. Next cause is that it is easier to earn more profit by establishing brand image. Product reliability avoids risks that should be taken while giving off schemes. Offering schemes at starting stage of one's business may blame you for hyping a false brand making it even more difficult to earn customers.
Apropos of how people are easily coaxed by cheap market schemes, customers are unaware of tremendous profit earned by the companies through this badly entrenched practice. Thus, you may be taking a wrong decision by paying to "buy one get one free" shampoo scheme or even by offering a chance to "pension plan" scheme provided by various insurance companies.
