Stat Rings:
+4, +8, +12 rings, 3 different kinds of rings for each stat.
Combined rings, allowing a ring to give all three stat bonuses, but only works with +8.

Weapons:
Short Lance: +5 damage - Basic Item
Wooden Pole: +5 damage - Basic Item
Long Lance: +15 damage - Combine=Short Lance+Steel+Wooden Pole+Hammer
Dark Lance: +20 damage, Dark Coil - Combine=Long Lance+Dark Orb+Hammer
Bright Lance: +20 damage, Holy Light - Combine=Long Lance+Light Orb+Hammer
Fire Lance: +20 damage, Fire Bolt - Combine=Long Lance+Fire Orb+Hammer
Ice Lance: +20 damage, Frost Bolt - Combine=Long Lance+Ice Orb+Hammer
Metal Lance: +35 damage - Combine=Long Lance+Steel+Rune+Hammer

Armor:
Rags: +1 armor, +25 health, +50 mana - Basic Item
Studded Rags: +5 armor, +25 health, +75 mana - Combine=Rags+Steel+Needle
Enchanted Rags: +3 armor, +25 health, +150 mana - Combine=Rags+Rune+Needle
Imbued Rags: +5 armor, +50 health, +200 mana, Auto-Attack - Combine=Enchanted Rags+Studded Rags+Rune+Needle
Tunic: +2 armor, +50 health, +25 mana - Basic Item
Studded Tunic: +6 armor, +75 health, +25 mana - Combine=Tunic+Steel+Needle
Hunter's Tunic: +5 armor, +150 health, Move+100, Agi+10 - Combine=Studded Tunic+Steel+Boots of Speed+Needle

Combine Items:
Essence: Essence used to make orbs - Basic Item (Dropped off neutral creeps, if you dont' put those in, then just sell from a magician dude Very Happy

)
Orbs: Orbs used to add an attribute - Combine=Essence+Rune

Hmmm that looks nice. I think we will use all or most of those. (once again, thank you psycho!) Dude, you are so freakin creative... with your heros and items... lol
