Lighting Blade: Blade uses his blades to call down lightning from the sky shocking enemies in a line doing damage.

Counter Strike: Blade sees his enemy attacking and blocks with 1 blade and then strikes with the other(recoil).
10% chance|15% chance|20% chance|25% chance|30% chance

Ultimate-Soul Blade: Blade charges soul power into his blades and cuts through the dimmension causing massive amounts of dmg to those who are around it and sucks them in towards it disabling them from attacking for 3seconds(600 AoE)

Hmmm pretty good hero. 9/10. Name could be changed on ulti, sounds kinda cheesy, and I know it's sometimes hard to think of name but, u should think of a new one. Soul Power maybe?

And another thing u could improve on is by adding what the spell is like. For instance, on Lightning Blade u could say it's like shockwave, incase some1 doesn't know what it is. And is number 1 a Flame Strike basically?

Yeah but its like around him so instead of him targeting where it is he just explodes :/
