Level 4: Deals 125 dmg Stuns

Cooldown: 35 Stun 2 sec
Frost Nova- Fro’Zone calls ice from deep with in the earth to slow his enemies and slowly deal damage over time.
Cost: 100/125/150/175/200
Level 1:Deals 50 dmg 25 Freezing
Level 2: Deals 75 dmg 50 freezing
Level 3: Deals 100 dmg 75 freezing
Level 4: Deals 150 dmg 100 freezing
Level 5: Deals 200 dmg 150 freezing
Loses 50% move speed for 2 secs
Cooldown 30
Freezing Aura- Fro’Zone’s power slows all units with a 500 AoE of him.

Yo first character sorry if hes rigged. But like i said Dark_Raptor u can change him. Also like you said u wanted a mostly healing hero well im working on him and a few others they'll be up soon

i can see this being cheap already 1 stun u 2 slows u down with aura 3 do direct daemdge and damedge over time follow u for a bit stun do more damedge bam ur died

Ok a few things.
1: Frost bolt = Super rigged. Stun and mass damage = Rigged. Also with Frost Bolt, the cooldown of a spell should NEVER go up, the only thing that should ever make it worse for you on higher levels is the Manacost.
2: Frost Nova (Read above cooldown info)
3: 3 slows and a stun!? Rigged! Take the slow off of the ultimate and maybe make it a little bit orginal? I donno... something like it traps all the units in an area around the hero (about 500) with unmoving units, invulnerable, locust (Can't be selected) for 3 seconds (Channel). None can move. Then after 3 seconds all the Frost Novas explode and create a bunch of explosions 500 area around him, damaging all units by 100/150/200 damage. Cooldown: 150/135/120. Manacost: 200 for all lvls.

Hows that?

Yeah rigged i know hopefully Dark_Raptor will change him up but he liked the idea of basic char so let him change w/e he wants.

still i like him the way he is i want credit for this and t ohave someone else i only know through forum to go trying to change and compltley revamp my heros doesnt make me 2 happy but i trust raptor that he wont compltley destroy my idea
