Delewarn, the Mystic Warrior

Well, no they should be able to cast anywhere in the map. Usually tho, they cast something like that when they are about to kill someone but he is getting away. (it will be less often doing it when ur in ur base). Also, i think it should be a damage or at least a max of 2 second stun.

Just trying to balance it out.
